Intel has recently released its latest state-of-art 65nm CPU based on its revolutionised Intel Core arhitecture. A transistion from 130nm to late 90nm to a now 65nm has bring Intel more fortune. Intel's old and terrible NetBurst arhitecture has led to Intel to fall off the top of the leading board, allowing AMD to take the top for 10 years. Now with 65nm, Intel is back to the top again! Grats Intel! These 65nm CPU will no longer based on NetBurst. Intel learnt its lesson from its world's renowned Intel Pentium M. Some background ... Intel Pentium M is first built and designed by a group of engineers in Intel's Wafer factory located in Isreal. Pentium M is known for its low power consumption and best performer in CPU history. Now they used Pentium M structure to built its desktop CPU. Bravo! Hers comes its new CPUs! Codenamed Conroe (for desktops) and Woodcrest (for servers)

Blogger's opinion: If u are in tight budget and yet want to have an excellent CPU from Intel, choose E6300 and overclock it. Sources have stated that it can be overclocked to about more than 3GHz, exceeding the performance of E6600.
