Reaching the end of 9th week of my IAP course. Time passes very fast. Learnt quite a lot of new stuffs, with addition to real-life lessons. Seen a lot of events that can hurt and "hyper" my heart, mind and soul. Really wanna to thanks my two supervisors. They have been treating me well. Even though I may be forgetful at times, they express patience and teach me well.
Working in Quality Department isn't easy as u think. We need to control documents, maintain and calibrate equipments, do internal auditing and many other stuffs. Though we may be short-handed, we are able to pull them through. Good news is that one of my supervisors is going to employ another new person. That's gonna make it 6 (though 5 after I left).
It wasn't this way, said my boss, that the company is expanding very fast after I and my friends came in. He expresses high hope and expectation, also some plans. However, heard that my other friends that some are leaving the company sooner or later. My heart sank immediately and felt sad for my supervisor. Never mind. This is a reality. There's always an "IN" and an "OUT".
Can't look ahead of June 8. I may leave soon, but what I have done shall not be forgotten.
